The Moveability Australia family took a short break over Christmas, giving us time to relax, recharge and reflect on the year that was 2023.

Upon reflection, we have highlighted some key events for our family:

• Staff development session with Dr Chris Bollen from Bollen Health. In this session we strengthened our knowledge of keeping older people well and at home and how we can better understand the needs of our older customers.
• Staff development session with Corrine from Lionheart Society. This gave us the opportunity to delve deeper into the meaning of our values at Moveability Australia and discuss how and why ‘we make everyday life better for people’.
• Young Investors Seminar with members from Catapult Wealth. This staff development session taught us about finances, ways to kickstart your investment journey, and tips for buying your first home.
• Watched our showroom undergo renovations so that we could provide more space for all to enjoy.
• Set up our new warehouse.
• Welcomed new additions to our family in Jake and Brad.
• Presented many free MLily pillows to the winners of our monthly customer survey draws.
• Received positive feedback on our performance and service.
• Introduced new products to our range.
• Celebrated many birthdays and anniversaries = a lot of cake had.
• For the second year running, joined the Forestville Eagles Basketball Club as the Naming Rights sponsor for the NBL1 Women’s team.
• Celebrated our 4th birthday as Moveability Australia.

We are so proud of what we have achieved in 2023 and have loved getting to know each and every person we have had the pleasure of meeting.

We look forward to continuing to strengthen existing relationships, develop new relationships, and achieve many more great things together in 2024.
