Originally from Mount Gambier, Brad is a qualified plumber who developed a strong eye for detail through his experience working in his family’s plumbing business — particularly in the area of home modifications. This background enables him to provide thorough, informed support and advice to clients across South Australia.

As a Customer Service Specialist, Brad divides his time between our Adelaide showroom and the road. He regularly conducts home modification work, in-home demonstrations, and delivers essential mobility and lifestyle equipment, ensuring clients receive solutions that are both practical and tailored to their needs.

Brad’s years as a basketball player with the Mount Gambier Pioneers and the Forestville Eagles have shaped his strong team-focused mindset and passion for helping others. These qualities are evident in every interaction, making him a trusted and approachable member of our team.
