In 2024, Moveability Australia commenced their Accredited Continuing Professional Development Sessions for allied health professionals.

We have been fortunate enough to have Dr Chris Bollen from Bollen Health join us for these sessions. Chris shared valuable insights on the importance of supporting older adults to stay well and remain at home and outlined various assessment and screening tools used to identify sarcopenia and the long-term impacts of frailty.

Following this, staff from Moveability Australia demonstrated the importance of comfort and safety when prescribing assistive equipment. We also had the pleasure of welcoming a product specialist from iCare Medical Group, who provided in-depth product training.
