Specialist Delivery and Technical Setup
To ensure the mechanical integrity and safety of our equipment, all hire items—including adjustable beds and lift recline chairs—must be delivered and installed by our trained staff. Because proper positioning and power setup are vital, these specific items are not available for in-store collection. Smaller aids can be collected directly from our Findon showroom by prior arrangement.
Strict Clinical Hygiene Standards
The health and wellbeing of our clients is our absolute priority. Every piece of mobility equipment undergoes infection control processes between hire periods. To help us maintain these high standards for the next user, we kindly request that all items are returned in a clean condition. Please note that to protect clinical hygiene, the hire of any mattress requires the concurrent purchase of a new, waterproof mattress protector.
